The Carer Friendly Programme at Notting Hill Neighbourhood House is a weekly free social gathering that takes place on Thursdays at 11 am. The programme is designed to provide support and resources for carers, who often feel isolated and overwhelmed by their caregiving responsibilities.
Facilitated by Joanne, and assisted by Lucas and other volunteers, the programme offers a range of activities to help carers manage stress, improve their mental health, and connect with others in similar situations. We are a certified Carer Friendly Neighbourhood House under the Carers VIC Australia.
