Yoga in combination with Pilates is a workout that will increase your awareness of your body’s alignment and movement patterns, as well as give you a full-body workout. Unlike building a body that is simply muscular such as in other workout regimens, the use of both Yoga and Pilates at the same time is conducive to the development of a body that is strong, as well as lean, graceful, and efficient.

Meet: Anne Hasson

With over 20+ years of experience as a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Anne has created a steady following of students who regularly come to her classes to get active with Yoga and Pilates.

What do our Playgroup Sessions look like?
At Notting Hill Munchkins, we offer a laid-back yet enriching experience for both you and your child in a safe, welcoming environment. We embrace the idea of explorational play, offering children a variety of engaging activities that foster social skills and motor development.

Each week, we introduce a range of different activities, including features like ball pits, creative crafts, and outdoor play. Following these activities, we come together to sing songs, read a book, and have a space to bring your own morning tea.
