Lifeline (24 hours) 

Lifeline exists to ensure that no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone. Lifeline is available 24 hours a day to listen, without judgement to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.

Wavecare has been providing support to people in the City of Monash for over 40 years, helping those in need of assistance due to illness, grief & loss, abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, homelessness, crisis, misfortune, disability, relationship issues and isolation.

MensLine Australia

MensLine Australia is the national telephone and online support, information and referral service for men with family and relationship concerns. The service is available from anywhere in Australia and is staffed by professional counsellors, experienced in men’s issues.

Kids Helpline (24 hours) 

Kids Helpline is Australia’s only free, confidential 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25. Qualified counsellors at Kids Helpline are available via WebChat, phone or email anytime and for any reason.

Headspace

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds. Headspace can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, and work and study support.

Partners in Wellbeing 

Partners in Wellbeing provide phone support to any Victorian who has been impacted by COVID-19, aged 16 and up, including from people who identify as LGBTIQA+, multicultural, Veterans, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people and international students.
